BAGUIO CITY – The collection of garbage all over the city remains suspended here such that residents are advised to temporary manage their wastes in the mean time that the city is negotiating with various entities for the dumping of the wastes in the light of the total closure of the city’s dumpsite in Irisan barangay here.
