BCFS releases maiden issue of Baguio's Bravest newsletter

The Public Information Section (PIS) of Baguio City Fire Station sucessfully made the maiden issue of the official newsletter of the station. Baguio's Bravest, the newsletter's title, will cater latest news, updates and information regarding the fire service both within and ourside the city. As the city fire marshal SUPT Bangyod says in his corner, "this newsletter will be great opportunity to reach out to wider audience and inform them of fire safety tips and information, which could save thier lives and properties."

City Fire receives commendation for being honest

The City Local Government of Baguio, headed by the Honorable Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan, awarded the Baguio City Fire Station a resolution commending the personnel of BCFS for their honesty when they returned pieces of very valuable jewelries and old coins to its rightful owner, following the structural fire at Phase 2, Green Valley Barangay last March 22, 2016. City Fire Marshal SUPT JOE FERNAND L BANGYOD, and other key officers of the BCFS received the award during the flag raising ceremony on June 6, 2016 at the City Hall grounds.

Information drive during the renewal of business permits 2016

The City Fire Marshal, SUPT JOE FERNAND L BANGYOD, during the processing of the renewal of their business permits for FY 2016, clarifies the taxpayers on issues regarding the the refilling of fire extinguisher.

SAFE BAGUIO Project Turn-Over Ceremony

Baguio City Fire Marshal, SUPT JOE FERNAND L BANGYOD together with the Punong Barangays of Baguio City turned over the resolutions and signature campaign on February 5, 2015 at Baguio City fire Station to Hon. Betty Lourdes F Tabanda strongly supporting the Safe Baguio project of Baguio City Fire Station particularly on the total ban on the use, sale and display of  fire crackers and pyrotechnics within the City of Baguio. Councilor Tabanda will submit said resolution to the City Council for its first reading.
