The city government received reports that some jeepney units allowed as special transportation for market goers in the barangay continue to collect P20 as fare.

Adhere to the P9 minimum fare starting today, May 4, drivers have been informed by the City Engineering Office last week.

The P300 stimulus assistance for the drivers will be released as follows:

*For Monday and Tuesday schedule, they will get their payment on Wednesday;

*For Wednesday and Thursday schedule, they will also get payments on Friday

*For Friday and Saturday, they get it on Monday.

Note: The cash will be released under the name of the president of the PUJ association who in turn will distribute to the jeepney drivers listed in the barangay certification.

Requirement: Barangay Certificate with format from Mr. Benjie Macadangdang of the City Mayor's Office.
